May 18, 2008 Lillian Buck, 81, of Delray Beach, Florida, and a former resident of Syracuse, died Sunday May 18, 2008, at her residence. Lillian was a graduate of Nottingham High School and Mt. Sinai School of Nursing. She was a member of Temple Adath Yeshurun. Mrs. Buck was predeceased by her husband, Samuel Buck, in 2003. Survived by her sons, Mark Buck and Arnold (Adel) Buck; daughter, Barbara (Phil) Glassman; grandchildren, Martin (Christy) and Rebecca Nash, Olivia and Aidan Buck, and Mathew and Rachel Buck; great-granddaughter, Annabelle Nash; brothers, David (Phylis) Poushter and Harry (Dottie) Poushter; a sister, Shirley (Robert) Rosen; also many nieces and nephews. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at Birnbaum Funeral Chapel, 1909 E. Fayette St. Friends may visit with the family from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel.
