Tenny (Hoffman) Watson
Tenny Watson, 78, died peacefully at home Friday afternoon surrounded by her loving family. Born March 1, 1940 to Stanley and Edythe Serpick Hoffman in Baltimore, MD, she had been resident of Syracuse for most of her life. During her professional career Tenny worked for neuro-psychologist Dr. Anthony Blumetti as a psycho-matrician. Tenny was involved in so many local organizations, most recently Menorah Park, and the NICU at Crouse Hospital; they were so fortunate to have her caring, loving spirit as part of their team. She was predeceased by her brother, Jay Hoffman, and sister-in-law, Adrian Nackman. Her family includes her beloved husband, Jeff; their children, Gregg (Michelle) Watson, and Rebecca (Larry) Hudson; granddaughters, Avery, and Emmie; and her brother, Barry (Hinda) Hoffman.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, October 8 at Temple Adath Yeshurun. Friends may visit with the family at the Temple from noon to 1:30 p.m. Monday prior to the service. Burial will be in Adath Yeshurun Cemetery. Contributions in Tennys memory may be made to Camp Good Days and Special Times.
