Kenneth C. Rensin , 82, of 107 Alpine Drive, DeWitt, died today at Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Rensin was a life resident of the Syracuse area. He was the founder and owner of Rensin Dry Cleaners on East Fayette Street, retiring in 1978. Mr. Rensin was a member of Temple Adath Yeshurun and its seniors group, of which he was a past president. He was a member of Philo-Mt. Sinai Masonic Lodge and B\'nai B\'rith, serving on its Upstate Council and as president. Mr. Rensin was also a member of the Knights of Pythias, Loyal Order of Odd Fellows and Onondaga Post 131 Jewish War Veterans. Mr. Rensin was an Army veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife, Ethel; a son, Howard of Silver Spring, Md.; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services are at 2 p.m. Friday at Birnbaum Funeral Chapel, Rabbi Charles S. Sherman and Cantor Harold Lerner officiating. Burial is in Adath Yeshurun Cemetery, Syracuse .
