Mrs. Rose Saslow, 214 Dorchester Ave., died Tuesday after a long illness at a nursing home. She was a life resident of Syracuse. Surviving are three brothers, Dr. Jessie Serby of Syracuse; Dr. A. M. Serby of Chicago, and Victor Serby of Sylvan Beach; a sister, Mrs. Freda Blumkin of Syracuse; and several nieces and nephews. Services were conducted yesterday at the Birnbaum Funeral Service, Inc., Rabbi Irwin I. Hyman and Cantor
