Benjamin "Ben" Sellinger CP
Benjamin graduated from Syracuse University in 1930, majoring in accounting. After a brief private practice, he joined the IRS as an agent in 1935. He eventually became a district conferee for the IRS and retired in 1969. He then taught accounting and taxation at University College and Le Moyne College. Benjamin was affiliated with the Jewish Community Center and Philo-Mt. Sinai Lodge. He served as VP of Temple Adath Yeshurun and was elected honorary VP in 1970. He served as a trustee and was chairman of the ritual committee for more than 40 years.
