Irving Helf
Irving Helf, 81, of 137 Alpine Drive, DeWitt, died yesterday at Veterans Administration Hospital after a short illness. He was a resident of Syracuse for the past 45 years. Mr. Helf was a self-employed credit manager and salesman for local furniture companies, retiring in 1965. Surviving are his wife, Helen; a son, Howard of DeWitt; a daughter, Mrs. Arthur Siegel of Cherry Hill, N.J.; a sister, Mrs. Florence White of Maiden, Mass., and five grandchildren. Services will be at noon tomorrow at 1909 E. Fayette St., the Rabbi Charles Sherman and Cantor Harold Lemer officiating. Burial will be in Adath Yeshurun Cemetery.
Calling hours are 11 a.m. to noon tomorrow. Contributions may be made to Temple Adath Yeshurun building fund.
