Mayer Benveniste, 62, of 212 Ridgecrest Road, DeWitt, died Sunday at Crouse-Irving Memorial Hospital after a long illness Surviving are his wife, Lily, a daughter, Flora, two brothers, Yom of Salomca and Leon, and several nieces and nephews Services will be at 2 p m. today at Birnbaum Funeral Chapel Burial will be in Adath Yeshurun Cemetery. Calling hours will be 1 to 2 p m. today at the funeral chapel, 1909 E. Fayette St, and after services at the family residence. Contributions may be made to Temple Adath Yeshurun.
