Steven Bergere, 51, died Wednesday, November 23, 2005. Born in Brooklyn, Steven was a resident of Syracuse for over 30 years. Mr. Bergere was a graduate of SUNY Brockport and a self-employed computer programmer. Survived by his mother, Ruth; sisters, Elyse DeLawyer and Hillary Cooper; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, November 29, 2005, at 2 p.m. at Birnbaum Funeral Chapel, 1909 E. Fayette St. Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. at the chapel. Burial: Adath Yeshurun Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Temple Adath Yeshurun.
