Wendi Birnbaum, 64, passed away suddenly on December 28, 2016. She was a lifelong resident of Syracuse and of the Fayetteville/ Manlius area. She was forever proud of being a registered nurse and cared for her patients with unlimited devotion. She was known for her spirited fashion sense and love of animals.
She is survived by a brother, Daniel, and was the the beloved daughter of the late Irwin and Leta K. Birnbaum.
Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Birnbaum Funeral Chapel, 1909 East Fayette Street. Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the chapel on Friday prior to the service. Private burial at the request of the family.
