Shirley A. Jacobs, 92, of Syracuse, died Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Menorah Park. She was the daughter of the late Abe and Gertrude Gordon. Shirley proudly served in the WAC Detachment of the U.S. Army during WW II. Survived by her son, Lance (Julie) Gordon; grandchildren, Alec and Danya Gordon; brother, Philip (Elna) Gordon; and 20 nieces and nephews. Private service and burial were conducted in Adath Yeshurun Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Menorah Park who provided outstanding care and comfort to Shirley.
