Liselotte "Lilo" Kalow Lindenfeld
Liselotte "Lilo" Kalow Lindenfeld, 97, died Saturday at St. Joseph\'s Hospital. Born in Germany, Lilo was a nurse in Germany, England, NYC and then Syracuse, where she had lived since 1950. Lilo was a member of Temple Adath Yeshurun and Lafayette Country Club. She was an avid golfer, a skilled bridge player and a patron of the musical arts. Her first husband, Dr. Irving Kalow, died in 1969. Her second husband, Dr. Erwin Lindenfeld, died in 1992. Survived by her daughter, Ruth (Dr. Michael) Kozower; her son, Joe (Kay) Lindenfeld; her grandchildren, Max, Claire and Benjamin Kozower and Rachel Mepani; her nephew, Steven Muller; her nieces, Karen Andolora, Nancy Belkowitz, Victoria Boies, Theresa Freind, Terry Erlich and Harriet Mayernick; and her great-nieces and her great-nephews. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Sisskind Funeral Chapel, 3175 E. Genesee St. Friends may visit with the family from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel.
