A patient in University Hospital six weeks, Mrs. Eva Botnick Goldstein, 38, of 724 Allen st , wife of Jacob Goldstein, special agent of the Travelers Indemnity Company, died there at 6 o\'clock Thursday night, A native of Binghamton, Mrs. Goldstein was a member of the Sisterhood of Temple Society of Concord and Hadassah Council of Jewish Women. Surviving are her husband, two sons, Kenneth and William Goldstein: her father. Jacob Botnick of Binghamton, and a brother. Harry Botnick. The body was taken to the home by William P. Hart
