Leonard Lawrence "Larry" Naistadt, 67, of 211 Lafayette Road, Syracuse, died Monday at Crouse Hospital. He attended the Syracuse University School of Business Administration. He was former co-owner of DeWitt Packing Co., Max Naistadt and Sons and founder and owner of L.A.R.I. Livestock Inc., retiring in 1994. He was a member of Temple Adath Yeshurun, its mens club, Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity, Philo-Mount Sinai Masonic Lodge and Jewish War Veterans Onondaga Post 131. He was a master sergeant in the Army during the Korean War. Survivors: His wife, the former Aurene Hart; a daughter, Rebecca Shapiro of Hollywood, Fla.; a son, Eric of Davie, Fla.; a brother, Gerald of Syracuse; three grandchildren. Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Birnbaum Funeral Chapel. Burial, Adath Yeshurun Cemetery, Syracuse.
