Jack Raymond, 85, of 4101 E. Genesee St., Syracuse, formerly of 302 Barrington Road, died Sunday in the Jewish Home of Central New York. He was born in Syracuse. He retired in 1987 after 25 years as a salesman for I. Fleischman and Sons Raymond furniture company. He attended Temple Adath Yeshurun and was a former member of Philo Mount Sinai Masonic Lodge, Onondaga Post 131 Jewish War Veterans. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors: His wife, the former Shirley Goldsmith; two sons, Jerry of Syracuse and Rick of Manlius; a sister, Rose Herzog of Vestal; two granddaughters. Services: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Birnbuam Funeral Chapel. Burial, Adath Yeshurun Cemetery. Calling hour, 1 to 2 p.m Tuesday at the funeral chapel, 1909 E. Fayette St., Syracuse.
