Mrs. Julia Benveniste of 2266 Cropsey Ave., Brooklyn, died Saturday at Brookdale Hospital, Brooklyn. She was the widow of Jacob Benveniste. A native of Greece, Mrs. Benveniste was a former resident of Syracuse
and a resident of Brooklyn for the last 10 years. Mrs. Beneveniste was a member of the Auxiliary of the Saphardic Home for the Aged, Brooklyn. Surviving are three sons, Leon, Meyer of DeWitt and Yom of Salonika, Greece; and six grandchildren. Services are at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Birnbaum Funeral Chapel, Rabbis Alexander M. Goldstein and Irwin I. Hyman and Cantor Harold Lerner officiating. Burial will be in Adath Yeshurun Cemetery. Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. today and 10 to 11 a.m. tomorrow morning. Contributions may be made to the Saphardic Home for the Aged, 2266 Cropsey Ave., Brooklyn, NY.
