Bella Carlin, 83, of 155 Niven St., died Monday at University Hospital. A native of Syracuse, she was the widow of Harry Carlin who died in 1968. Surviving are a son, Jerry of Concord, Calif.; a sister, Rae Becker of Los Angeles, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Adath Yeshurun Cemetery, Rabbi Charles S. Sherman and Cantor Harold Lerner officiating. Arrangements are by Birnbaum Funeral Home Service.
