Noreen Feldman Taylor, 45, formerly of Syracuse, died in Ft. Lauderdale. Noreen was a clothing designer. She was pre deceased by her father Larry Feldman in 1983. Survived by her mother Lois (Drew) Silvieus; and two brothers: Stephen Feldman, and Jeff (Helen) Feldman. Funeral Services will be 2 p.m., Monday, at Birnbaum Funeral Chapel. Calling hour will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday at the funeral chapel, 1909 E. Fayette Street. Contributions may be made to the ASPCA. birnbaum funeral service inc.
