Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Franklin, 84, widow of Harris Franklin and a former resident of Rome and Utica, who died Sunday in New York City, will be conducted at 2 P.M. Tuesday. Surviving are four sons, Joseph of New York City, William and Jack of Rome, and Max L. Franklin of Syracuse, and three grandchildren. Burial will be in Adath Yeshurun Cemetery
