Jacob "Jack" Holz, 61, Terese Terr., DeWitt, died Sunday, April 11, of carbon monoxide poisoning caused by a malfunctioning furnace. Mr. Holz was co-owner of Snowflake Pastry Shop. He was a member of the American Zionist Organization. In his youth, he was a sports enthusiast and had boxed and played soccer. Mr. Holz had survived a World War Two concentration camp internment. He is survived by his wife, Erna Holz; a daughter, Helen Schulze of Jamesville; a son, Henry Holz and a grandchild. Services were Tuesday at
Birnbaum Funeral Chapel, with burial in Adath Yeshurun Cemetery.
